At Nibras International School, we believe in healthy lifestyle choices, including providing healthy food options in our cafeteria. We have partnered with SwissCanonica to offer a nutritious and balanced menu that is designed to fuel and provide the required nutrients to children throughout the school day.

SwissCanonica was established in Geneva in 1948 and has grown into a family company with over 70 years of experience in F&B operations. The group has a food production laboratory in Geneva and Zurich and a Central Kitchen in Dubai from where the UAE operations are handled. 

To ensure a balanced and healthy meal every day, SwissCanonica’s menus are created in consultation with a nutritional specialist. Each lunch meal consists of: a vegetable starter, a protein-based main course with a side dish (vegetarian option available daily), and a healthy dessert. As an option for meal plans, SwissCanonica offers a Grab-and-go station with healthy sandwiches, salads, snacks, drinks, and freshly baked pastries.
